Corporate and Events Fundraising Officer based in London
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well-established national charity. bibic plays an important part in supporting children with neurological and genetic conditions that cause developmental difficulties and affect their social, physical, communication and learning abilities. These conditions include cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, autism, ADHD, dyslexia and more, as well as children with no diagnosis. bibic therapists are able to provide these children and their families with therapies and strategies that help them to overcome the difficulties they face.
This new role will focus on developing our corporate partnerships, you will feel confident in creating and presenting to secure corporate support. You will be able to demonstrate previous success in this area of fundraising and ideally will have worked for an organisation serving the needs of vulnerable children or adults. You will be comfortable working to fundraising targets as set down in the budget
This is a perfect role for someone who is passionate about developing their skills as a corporate and events fundraiser. We are looking for someone who has the drive, motivation and determination to succeed, who is able to prioritise and organise their own workload effectively. You will need to be able to drive and have access to a car. This role will be based in London with the possibility of some home working
Terms and conditions:
- Salary: £30,000 fulltime salary pro rata per annum
- Holiday: 23 days holiday pro rata per annum including the mandatory shutdown over the Christmas period of 3 days, plus public holidays.
- Hours: 22.5 hours per week
- Contract: 12 months fixed term
- Probationary period: 6 months
- Initially a fixed term contract with the possibility for an extension to the contract depending upon the applicant’s performance, the Charity’s budget.
