• Parental history & parental observations

• Early years developmental journal

• Sensory screener

• Therapy plan with strategies

• And an agreed time period of bibic keyworking

Within the morning of the assessment, the Therapist may choose to carry out other assessments at their discretion and based on their professional judgement after the history element of the assessment.
