InstyleLED, based in Leicester, very kindly offered us a gift of their new lighting range to be used in our sensory room. The children who have used it have loved it and the therapists can now include mood lighting as part of the assessment.
“We had supplied children’s sensory rooms in the past with fantastic results and thought that we would offer bibic some of our new range as a gift. This, combined with the fact that we have been growing over the years, we have been thinking of ways that we can give back to the community. When we designed our latest product, the 300 degree suspended tube, it suddenly clicked that this is a really good product that can easily be installed into Children’s sensory and play room areas with great results. It’s really created a buzz around our work place with everyone excited in how the project turned out. After this has worked so well, we aim to do something similar with other charities throughout the next couple of years”.
When InsyleLED (above) gave us a gift of LED tubes we needed an electrician to volunteer their time and talent to come and fit them. M-Tech(SW) Ltd quickly volunteered with Matt, Ben and Jack carrying out a first class job!
“We have been looking to get involved with bibic for a while and this was a great opportunity to help them out. Having seen the work they do and the effect the lighting will have on the children’s well-being we were so delighted to have been involved”
