"I’m Luke Voulgarakis (vool-ga-ra-kiss), and adoptive parent of two incredible children, both with unique life experiences and challenging needs. My husband and I have worked closely with bibic to support our children.

I have a 13 year background in corporate Human Resources and people development, but am now self-employed running a community wellbeing centre, working with both children and adults.

I am delighted to be part of bibic and am particularly keen to explore parent-focused services as part of bibic's ever-expanding outreach."
