Bespoke assessments and mentoring support

At bibic, we provide tailored assessments and mentoring to help adults better understand themselves, overcome barriers and thrive in different areas of life, whether at home, in education or in the workplace.

Through an in-depth, holistic assessment, we explore strengths, areas of challenge and how different aspects of your thinking, sensory experiences and wellbeing interact. This helps build a clearer understanding of how you experience the world and informs a personalised strengths profile and practical strategy plan.

Assessments can take place face-to-face at our centre or digitally, making our support accessible across the UK. Each assessment results in a detailed written report with clear guidance and practical recommendations.

Following your assessment, you will also have access to mentoring support to help you embed strategies, build confidence and put your plan into action.

Where helpful, we can also involve partners, family members or employers so that strategies are understood and supported in everyday environments.

We regularly support families who have been through NHS assessment or are on waiting lists for statutory services, and want more in-depth, personalised support.

What to expect

  • A holistic, person-centred assessment based on your priorities
  • Clear, practical insights (not a diagnosis)
  • A detailed written report with tailored strategies
  • Mentoring support to help you implement strategies and next steps

bibic does not provide diagnoses. Our focus is on understanding strengths and needs and supporting practical strategies that create meaningful, lasting change.

Making our support accessible

bibic is a charity and receives no government funding. Thanks to public fundraising and donations, we commit to covering a minimum of 65% of the cost of our assessments, whether delivered in person or digitally.

Individuals are asked to contribute up to 35%, and we recognise that cost can be a barrier. Payment plans and fee waivers may be available for those on lower incomes, subject to criteria and funding availability.
