• If you are only seeking support for suspected dyslexia, click the diagnostic literacy assessments button.

Please note: If you suspect dyslexia and would like support in other areas (e.g., neurodiversity, underlying ability), please use the Under 18’s or Over 18’s forms instead of the diagnostic literacy assessments form.
