To help our team understand your needs and find the right support for you or your family, please complete one of the enquiry forms below. The form takes around 20 minutes to complete and does not mean you are committing to an assessment with bibic. Once we receive your form, one of our Family Services Coordinators will be in touch within three weeks to talk through your needs and discuss how bibic may be able to support you. - If you are over 18 and would like an assessment, click the Over 18’s button.
- If you are enquiring for an under 18, click the Under 18’s button.
- If you are only seeking support for suspected dyslexia, click the diagnostic literacy assessments button.
Please note: If you suspect dyslexia and would like support in other areas (e.g., neurodiversity, underlying ability), please use the Under 18’s or Over 18’s forms instead of the diagnostic literacy assessments form.
