• If you are enquiring for an under 18, click the Under 18’s button.
• If you are only seeking support for suspected dyslexia, click the Dyslexia Assessment button.

Please note: If you suspect dyslexia and would like support in other areas (e.g., neurodiversity, underlying ability), please use the Under 18’s or Over 18’s forms instead of the Dyslexia Assessment form.
