Sarah is a coach, trainer and wellbeing practitioner with a passion for supporting people to better understand themselves and thrive.
Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, Sarah specialises in neurodiversity, nervous system awareness, movement, nutrition and wellbeing. She has a background in NHS leadership, coaching and service development, and enjoys working with young people, adults, families and teams to recognise their strengths and build confidence in who they are.
With lived experience of neurodiversity, burnout and parenting, Sarah understands that every person’s journey is unique. Her strengths-based, trauma-informed practice focuses on meeting people where they are, supporting them to better understand their strengths and their needs. She works alongside them to explore what matters most and co-create how to move towards meaningful and sustainable change.
"I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, connected and confident in who they are. My role is to help people recognise their strengths and create opportunities to flourish."
