Experience of Service Survey

Tell us what you think about the assessment provided by bibic, which will help improve our service.

The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete. Most of the questions are for the parent or carer to complete, with a few to be completed by your child, if appropriate.

It is completely confidential. We may use what you have said in our reports, on our website or on our social media, but not with your name. We will not share your answers with anyone outside of bibic.
