Help us reach more families

Are you a creative, passionate communicator looking for a role where your work can make a real difference?

bibic is a national charity supporting individuals with developmental, neurological, sensory and learning differences. We have been supporting families for 54 years, and we are now looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to help us reach even more people across the UK.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will help shape and deliver our marketing and communications activity. You will manage our social media, create engaging content, support media activity, develop campaigns and work closely with our fundraising team to raise awareness and income.

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive and organised, with strong writing skills and experience of digital and social media. Experience in marketing, communications or PR is desirable, as is experience of working in a charity.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with ideas, enthusiasm and a hands-on, can-do attitude who wants to make a difference.

What we offer

  • 25 hours per week (working hours to be agreed at job offer stage)
  • £17,206 – £20,206 pro rata
  • Hybrid working
  • 20 days’ annual leave (1 extra day per year for 5 years) plus 3 mandatory days over the Christmas period when the office is closed and bank holidays
  • Pension and other benefits

If you want to use your creativity to help a small charity grow its reach and support more families, we would love to hear from you.

To apply: Please complete our application form and equal opportunities monitoring form and send to Natalie.German@bibic.org.uk

Please send an example of your marketing work alongside your application.

The closing date is 5pm on Wednesday 26th August 2026
