Hello, I'm Mark. I have spent more than 15 years working across the charity, healthcare and technology sectors, helping organisations build strategic partnerships, improve services and achieve sustainable growth. Throughout my career I have enjoyed bringing together people from different backgrounds to solve complex challenges and create positive, lasting change.

Alongside my professional career, I have always been passionate about supporting organisations that make a real difference to people's lives. I currently serve as a trustee for two charities, where I contribute to fundraising, strategy and organisational development. Joining bibic as an Independent Advisor is an opportunity to use my experience to support children, young people and families, and I am excited to contribute to the important work the organisation does.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, beekeeping, horse riding and exploring the countryside. I also have a keen interest in history, folklore and storytelling, and can often be found sharing traditional stories at local community events. Whether in my professional or personal life, I enjoy building relationships, learning from others and helping people and organisations realise their potential.
