Most of our assessments can be carried out face-to-face at our centre or digitally.
We provide a report of the outcome of the assessment within a 6 week period of the assessment being completed.
You will also receive the opportunity to stay in touch with your Therapist for an agreed time period after you have seen us.
Due to the nature of our work, we do not provide diagnoses.
bibic, a small charity receiving no government funding, relies greatly on the generosity of the public from fundraising to cover the expenses of providing formal support.
We commit to covering a minimum of 65% of the cost of our collection of full day assessments, whether conducted at bibic’s premises or digitally. Leaving a maximum of 35% for parents or carers to contribute.
For some families accessing our services, we understand that this expense may pose a barrier, so can offer payment plans to those with a low income. We also offer fee waivers, subject to meeting our criteria and funding.
Free Support & Advice Line
For support and advice for you, your child, or a young person, call SAL. We can offer up to three strategies to support specific concerns. Please note, SAL is not for general enquiries, and missed calls won’t be returned – leave a voicemail if you would like a call back. The bibic Comprehensive Programme
A holistic assessment approach that wraps around your family, understanding, action, and ongoing care for a 6-month period.
Previously called 2 day bibic assessment.
The full cost of a bibic assessment is £2,790.73, but families only pay £990, thanks to our fundraising efforts which cover the rest.

The bibic Essentials Programme
Helping families find direction through a concentrated, full-day assessment and guided support session.

The bibic Early Years Programme
A focused, developmentally appropriate assessment for 5 years and under to help families build strong foundations and grow together.

Visiting from outside the UK?
We are happy to support families from outside of the UK. Please note that bibic’s service is funded for children living in the UK so those wishing to access our service from outside the UK will be charged at the full cost. For further details call 01458 253344.
