Developmental Therapist

Salary:             Training Salary Band 2 – £21,124 – increasing to £23,124 after completion of training and probationary period (6 months)

One year post qualification – Band 3 – £24,624 – £28,624

Holiday:          31 days inclusive of 3 mandatory days between Christmas and New Year and 8 bank holidays. Pro-rata for part-time hours

Hours: Full-time – 37.5 per week (We would consider a Job share of two part-time roles)

Base:               Mainly office based with occasional home working

After a restructure and internal promotions of team members, we are now looking to expand our therapy team. This a really exciting time to join bibic and work with us as we move into the start of our new 5-year strategy focussing on expanding our national reach and developing our training arm.

After a huge rise in demand for our therapeutic services and support during the last three years, we are continuing to grow our therapy team so that we can speed up support and reach more families every year. The role of a Therapist is a vital one, being at the heart of what we do at bibic. Therapists support children, young adults and their families to thrive. 

bibic deliver assessments, bespoke holistic therapy and ongoing support for children and young people with a wide range of disabilities and additional needs. We passionately believe every child and young person deserves to reach their full potential, contribute in their community and live happy and fulfilled lives.
