Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a rewarding part-time role where your skills can make a real difference?
bibic is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day financial management and administration of the charity.
You will bring strong bookkeeping and financial administration experience, including processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records, reconciliations, preparing monthly management accounts and producing clear financial information for managers and Trustees. You will be confident using financial systems, monitoring income and expenditure, identifying issues and maintaining robust financial controls.
This is an exciting time to join bibic as we implement a recent organisational restructure designed to strengthen our financial sustainability and support future growth. The Finance Manager will play an important role in supporting effective financial management and decision-making across the charity.
We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical, reliable and detail-focused, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to colleagues who may not have a finance background. Bookkeeping experience is essential, and applicants should ideally hold, or be working towards, Level 4 AAT or equivalent experience. Charity experience would be an advantage.
Our Mission Statement: We value neurodiversity and work with individuals of all neurotypes, with or without a diagnosis, empowering each individual to better understand themselves and the world around them. Together we support families while nurturing individual growth.
If you want to use your financial skills in a role with real social impact, we would love to hear from you.
