I joined bibic in July 2022, previous to this I worked in call centres in a customer service role.

After nearly 20 years of working in customer services, I decided that I’d like a change and a new challenge, so here I am!

I feel that my experience of working within this setting and being a Mum myself helps me understand and empathise with families.

In my spare time, I love nothing more than being at home with my family, playing games, watching a film or cooking a big roast dinner for us all.

I am a very crafty person and always like to try new things, I usually have at least 3 different projects on the go at all times!
